

Since the audio dubs can be very different at times, the subtitles will be as well. For example, if a French show has been dubbed in English the English subtitles will be based on the English audio rather than being a direct translation of the French subtitles. So on Netflix the subtitles are usually based on the audio track of the language. I appreciate the criticism, it gives me a chance to further clarify.
